Are you serious . . ? That makes absolutely no sense to me, dude, it's called CHOKE for a reason. Having them play down that storyline is like playing down the storyline of the ship sinking in Titanic in favor of some sappy fictional love story.
Oh wait.
Yessum. The movie choke was like if some guy who read the book a year ago, tried to tell you from memory what it was about.
I am sorely disappointed and possibly less aroused by this.

It is interesting that they made similar changes to story and particularly the ending in fight club, yet it was still a good movie, whereas with the changes they made in choke led to the story feeling incomplete… Denny's rock thing was far too glossed over, and the story line about him choking was never really given much attention. Which is kind of funny considering the name….
