“Are you flicking me off with your toe?” I’ve never heard “Flicking off” before.
“Flicking off” is to stick up one’s middle finger (or toe in this case), ie, giving someone the bird and basically saying “f*** you.”

Must be a canadian thing. I call it Flipping too haha.
It’s not a Canadian things because I’m in America and I call it Flicking someone off
and I’m in Canada and say “flipping”, so who knows.

u guys r doin just what frank was doin in the first few panels. Ive heard both flicking and flipping quite often but i think flip sounds better
“Flicking” makes me think of flicking a bug or something. That’s why “flicking off” sounds weird to me.
