1-no scarf. (Frank got a gray scarf and Zeke don’t got anything)
2-and if you look at the last comic, the dad is Zeke’s dad, not frank’s. (the guy with glasses? look at this comic,Remember? Frank’s dad looks way different.
Well….. Frank didnt have the scarf at the first comix, and this is (atleast i think) Frank when he was a kid, becouse parents dont give puppies for grown-ups. The parent thing, it really might be Franks father from http://www.cheerupemokid.net/comic/2009/06/02/frank-2 just Enzo didnt put the hard work again there (but still his art is awesome). And if youre thinking that Frank couldnt be so nice and always save the dog from the pool, well youre wrong becouse his father changed him also at http://www.cheerupemokid.net/comic/2009/06/02/frank-2 But good point, it can be just a random guy
