As several people suggested before, I’m sure someone could make a font using the handwriting you’ve supplied for the story in all the past strips. Makes it faster, and still seems rather personal.

Aww. I’m going to miss you handwriting the text. I think it brought personality to the comic. It made it seem less mechanically produced and more personal to the artist.
I am, however, disappointed that you’re intending to move away from the hand-written text. I find that it lends an important level of emotion to the dialogue that a computer just cannot duplicate. Bill Watterson (creator of Calvin and Hobbes) actually hired someone else to do his lettering for him, rather than resort to using a computer, when he started suffering from carpal tunnel and needed to cut down on the amount of inking work that he was doing himself. Just something to think about. Not like I’ll stop reading just because you stopped scrawling the letters out by hand. I do appreciate that you provide us with free entertainment on a regular basis.
